TERMS & CONDITIONS
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age.
 
PAYMENT
All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Payment can be made by any major credit/debit card via our web site or by post or telephone. We also accept cheques, banker’s drafts or electronic bank transfer. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we have the right to cancel the order.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES
All products carry a standard 12 month guarantee* (unless stated), If your product should fail within this period, please contact our help line 0161 8323133. 

If your purchase develops a fault within 14 days of receipt, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is in 'as-new' condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your purchase develops a fault after 14 days and within its 12 month guarantee we will organise a repair of the product for you free of charge (UK only). We will either handle the servicing ourselves or direct you via one of our authorised agents. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange.

We also offer Extended Guarantees for your peace of mind with prices from leading Insurance providers including Domestic and General with guaranteed full protection after purchase. The premiums for these warranties can be found on our product pages and include all parts & labour repair costs.

PRINTING & PRICING ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made.
