Ordering Information

Ordering Issues

If you wish to reswap an item over due to it arriving damaged, please contact us on returns@cheeptv.co.uk within the 48 hours after receiving your goods. We will contact you within 24hrs to rectify your problem. No items can be swapped over without an authorisation code from CheepTV .No swap overs can be issued if there has been no contact after 48hrs of receiving goods.

Note:

Please pack the product in its original packaging, and with all accessories ready for pick up.

You will receive an authorisation number. The authorisation will be a reference for your refund.

Goods must be resealed in the box and ready for collection.

Faulty Product

If you wish to return a faulty product or wish to get a product repaired, please contact us on returns@cheeptv.co.uk and an authorisation number will be issued. No items can be returned or repaired without an authorisation code.We will only swap over goods within 20 days of you receiving your goods, otherwise a repair will take place.

Note if applicable (RETURN):

Please return the product in its original packaging and with all accessories.

Any missing items will be charged to you.
